With Shipping On Us, Loyalty Shopping Dollars are added to your account as soon as the payment for your current order is received. Watching Learn to Earn videos is not required to activate them. They will be available to use in your next order!
Qualification for Shipping On Us is based on the Products Points of each individual order. They are order-specific, not month-specific. If multiple orders are placed in a month, each order can qualify for Shipping On Us if the Product Point requirement is met.
Yes! Any order (including a Backup Order) that is 39–43 Product Points qualifies for 50% Shipping On Us, and any order (including a Backup Order) 44 Product Points or more will qualify for 100% Shipping On Us.
Loyalty Shopping Dollars earned through Shipping On Us are valid for 3 months after the end of the month in which the order that earned them was placed. They are designed to reward you for your membership and encourage you to quickly experience more of the products you love.
The low, one flat rate shipping only applies to standard ground shipping. If you select a different shipping method such as expedited shipping, your shipping may exceed the flat rate. But you will still receive the equivalent of the standard rate back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars for qualifying orders.
If you choose a shipping method other than standard ground, higher shipping charges may apply. Melaleuca will still reward you with Loyalty Shopping Dollars up to 100% of the flat rate $10.22, but it may not be enough to cover your entire shipping charge.
Melaleuca proudly offers a single flat rate for all non-expedited shipping charges. For USPS Standard (PO Boxes) and Puerto Rico orders, the shipping rate is $12.22. The Pacific Islands (including Hawaii) rate is $14.86. Shipping to Alaska is $16.22. Expedited shipping options are charged at a variable rate based on the size of the order.
No! New Melaleuca Members are still automatically enrolled in the Learn to Earn program giving them access to $100 in Loyalty Shopping Dollars when they place their order and watch Learn to Earn videos. In addition, they get access to Shipping On Us beginning with their very first order!
Shipping On Us does not effect your current Loyalty Shopping Dollar balance. They can still be activated and used, just like before.
No. Shipping On Us replaces the previous Learn to Earn Program for all Members beginning with month six of their membership. You can now qualify for Shipping On Us with every order you place regardless of when you order. You also don’t have to watch any Learn to Earn videos to activate them.

In the U.S. and Canada, deliveries are generally sent by United Parcel Service (UPS). Melaleuca also offers a variety of priority shipping options, such as 1st day air and 2nd day air service. Priority services carry an additional shipping charge.
