Melaleuca's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if you are not completely satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return the product within 90 days of purchase (along with a copy of your Purchase Receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) for a full exchange, refund, or credit on your Melaleuca account (less shipping and handling charges). Absolutely! All of Melaleuca's products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and are eligible for return or exchange within 90 days. If the return is the result of our error, Melaleuca will supply you with a shipping label to return the package and will credit (or refund at your request) the full cost including original shipping charges. (Please note: refused or undeliverable packages are not considered Melaleuca error.)

If the credit for the returned products is greater than the price of the exchanged products, the difference will be applied to your Melaleuca account and you can use it on any future order. If the credit for returned products is less than the price of the exchanged items, we'll simply deduct the difference using your preferred method of payment on file. To reduce shipping costs, your requested exchange products will automatically ship in your next order, unless otherwise requested.

Of course! Products purchased with Loyalty Shopping Dollars earned starting in your seventh month as a Member can be returned just like any other product. Once the items have been returned, we will credit your Loyalty Shopping Dollars account for the full product amount plus applicable sales tax. Note: Items purchased with the $100 US ($120 CND) free, new customer Loyalty Shopping Dollars can only be returned for product exchange—credit is not available.

Individual products that are purchased as part of a Home Conversion, Value, or other special pack priced below the Member price can be returned for an exchange but not for a refund unless the entire pack is returned. No, but if you abuse this policy by excessively returning products (i.e., more than half of the product points you purchase in a rolling 3 month period), subsequent returns will only be eligible for product exchange credit and your account may be canceled. (See Statement of Policies #8).

Refunds are given for the total purchase price of the product being returned plus applicable tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Yes. Simply check the appropriate box on the back of the Melaleuca Purchase Receipt and return it with the product, within 60 days of the purchase date. If the product has already been returned for credit on account, you may request a refund of that credit in writing by faxing it to 1 (888) 528-2090, by mailing your request to 4609 West 65th South, Idaho Falls, ID 83402, or by calling one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives at 1 (208) 534-3000 .

Not at this time. Federal banking law dictates that the credit must be applied to the card it was originally charged on.

Not at this time. Because different banks adhere to different return policies, a check will be mailed to the current name and address listed on your account.

Your credit balance will typically be the product total, plus applicable sales tax. If we have your email address, we will send you a notice detailing your total credit as soon as we receive the returned products. You can also check your balance by calling 1 (208) 534-3000.
