There are multiple resources to verify that your new customer’s documents have been received.
- In the GROW app, click on My Customers and verify that your customer is listed as preferred.
- Check on the Follow-Up Center located in the Enrollments section of the Business Center.
- Use the MORE tool to verify that your customer is listed as preferred.
- If you faxed documents to Melaleuca, use the Fax Finder tool in the Business Center to verify that the documents were received. In Fax Finder, enter the fax number you used to send the documents from or enter the confirmation number you received after the fax was sent. When possible, Melaleuca will send back a fax to confirm that your fax was received; some fax machines are not set up to receive the confirmation.
Allow 1–2 business days for enrollment documents to process.
Please note that if any duplicate documents are received by fax, Melaleuca will charge $1.00 per duplicate page to the enroller.
