A charitable organization may not be enrolled online or over the phone. Physical documents must be submitted to complete the enrollment.
The following documents are necessary to set up a Charitable Organization:
- Charitable Organization Customer Agreement
- Charitable Organization Marketing Executive Application and Agreement
- Charitable Organization Addendum
- Supplemental Documentation (as listed on addendum)
In addition, the Charitable Organization Open Position is an optional document that you may wish to submit when enrolling your charitable organization.
