Yes. An enroller can move a personal enrollee to a different position in their Marketing Organization within the first three calendar months of enrollment with the following methods:
- Using the Enrollee Changes tool found in the Enrollments section of the Business Center.
- Using the New Enrollments webpage to update the Immediate Support Team Marketing Executive; note that this option is only available If the new customer was a digital enrollment.
- Submitting an amended Customer Membership Agreement form.
- Submitting a New Enrollee Change form with the enroller’s signature.
Every customer below the customer or Marketing Executive being moved will follow the enrollee. In the third month of enrollment, the requested move is limited to 20 customers.
Please note that in the enrollee’s first calendar month, moving them is free. In their second and third month of enrollment, it results in an $8.00 fee for each second- or third-month customer being moved.
