Yes. At this time you must have an active internet connection to use the videos. If you access the presentation without videos, you do not need to be connected to the internet.

Why does the Delivering Wellness presentation video not start right away?

This is directly related to your internet connection. Some of the videos are large files and if your connection is slow, it may take a while for them to load.

Q.

I have accidentally deleted my Melaleuca application. Do I have to purchase it again?

You do not have to re-purchase the application. If you go to the apple store and search for the Melaleuca app, it will recognize that you have already purchased it and will allow you to reinstall the application.

Am I able to place my monthly order from the application?

Not at this time. The application does contain product catalogs to help you plan your monthly order.

Can I connect my iPad to an external display and watch the presentation from that display?

Currently, external display capabilities are unavailable.

Yes. The application does not require any sign-in information that would identify the user as a Melaleuca customer.
