To Qualify for Loyalty Shopping Dollars
- You must be a Preferred Customer with a minimum 35 Product Point commitment to participate.
- Loyalty Shopping Dollars are not earned on Backup or Select Pack Orders.
Earning Your Rewards
- Every time you place an order you'll be eligible to earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars!
- 10% Back Shop online between the 1st and the 25th day of the month.
- 5% Back Shop online after the 25th; or via telephone, fax, or mail by the 15th of any calendar month.
- Orders placed on the phone after the 15th will not earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars.
75-Point Commitment Customer Perks
- 15% Back Online: 75-Point preferred customers who place their minimum required order online by the 10th of the month get 15%
- 10% Back by Phone: 75-Point preferred customers who place their minimum required order by phone by the 10th of the month get 10% instead of 5%
- After the 10th: rules are the same as 35-point customers
Other Program Terms
Loyalty Shopping Dollars cannot be used to purchase specials, packs, products without points, discounted items, and sales aids; or to pay for shipping, handling or taxes.
Loyalty Shopping Dollar redemptions can only occur with a minimum Product Point order and a $1 handling fee, applicable shipping, and taxes will apply. No Product Points will be given for products purchased in whole or in part with Loyalty Shopping Dollars.
At the time of cancellation or discontinuation of Preferred Customer status, Preferred Customers will forfeit all Loyalty Shopping Dollars in their account.
Melaleuca reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Shopping Dollars program without notice at any time.
