New Preferred Customers
As a new customer you receive $100 in Loyalty Shopping Dollars. That’s $20 a month for five months—beginning the month after you join—when you shop online or through the catalog with a minimum 35 Product Point order. Choose from a selection of our most popular products and discover the ones that you won’t be able to go without!
Redeem your first $100 shopping dollars
During each month of the program, after you place your monthly order totaling 35 Product Points or more, you will be prompted to select up to $20 worth of our most popular products at checkout. Remember, these Loyalty Shopping Dollars must be used in their designated month, so shop at Melaleuca.com or call 1-800-282-3000.
Continue to earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars with every order
After your sixth month as a Melaleuca Preferred Customer, every time you place an order, you’ll be eligible to earn up to 10% of your Product Point total back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars!
Here's how you earn these rewards:
• Shop online at Melaleuca.com between the 1st day and the 25th day of the month to earn 10% Loyalty Shopping Dollars on your orders that month.
• Shop online after the 25th and earn 5% back.
• Shop via telephone, fax, or mail and, if your order is received by the 15th of any calendar month, you earn 5% back.
• Please note: orders placed on the phone after the 15th will not earn Loyalty Shopping Dollars. So be sure and shop early to earn more.
Redeem your earned Loyalty Shopping Dollars
Once you have at least $20 in your Loyalty Shopping Dollars account you can redeem them
for free products. After personally placing your monthly order totaling 35 Product Points or more, continue shopping for your Loyalty Shopping Dollars products.
Additional Rewards for Customers Preferred at 75 Points
• Any customer who has selected to be Preferred at 75 Points (see Customer Membership Agreement) and places their minimum required order by the 10th of the month will earn up to 15% of their Product Point total back in Loyalty Shopping Dollars by shopping at Melaleuca.com or 10% by shopping over the phone (instead of 10% or 5%, respectively, for 35 Point Preferred Customers).
To Qualify for Loyalty Shopping Dollars
• You must be a Preferred Customer with a minimum 35 Product Point commitment to participate.
• No Loyalty Shopping Dollars are earned on Backup or Select Pack Orders.
• A Minimum $20 in Loyalty Shopping Dollars must be accumulated at time of redemption.
