*Loyalty Shopping Dollars cannot be used to purchase specials, packs, Pantry Packs, products without points, discounted items, and sales aids; or to pay for shipping, handling or taxes. Loyalty Shopping Dollar redemptions can only occur with a minimum Product Point order and a $1 handling fee, applicable shipping, and taxes will apply. No Product Points will be given for products purchased in whole or in part with Loyalty Shopping Dollars. At the time of cancellation or discontinuation of their Preferred Customer status, Preferred Customers will forfeit all Loyalty Shopping Dollars in their account. Credit for returned products purchased with Loyalty Shopping Dollars will only be given in Loyalty Shopping Dollars for future redemption. Melaleuca reserves the right to change or discontinue the Loyalty Shopping Dollars program without notice at any time.

In each of the first five months following the customer's enrollment:

  • Loyalty Shopping Dollars must be used in the month for which they are designated or they will be forfeited.
  • To qualify for Loyalty Shopping Dollars, the customer must be preferred, personally place their own minimum Product Point order, and not receive a Backup Order or Select Pack.
  • Loyalty Shopping Dollars can only be used to purchase from a designated list of approved products. The list of products is subject to change and no credit will be given for returned products.
  • Canadian customers will earn $24 for a total of $120.
